Shipping Information

  • We only ship to Australia using Australia Post services

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $8.95 for orders under $100

  • Free Shipping for orders over $100

  • Free Click and Collect is available within the Hunter Region - CONTACT US for Click and Collect enquiries

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer exchange of size within 14 days of receipt of order

  • Refunds are only available for items deemed as faulty by Primal Clothing

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with no signs of wear i.e. no make-up or deodorant marks

  • Dry in shade, inside out to prolong colours

  • Do NOT bleach or use fabric softener

  • Do NOT dry clean
